Who we are

Pedyk Media is a web design and digital marketing business based in Cork, Ireland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at pedykmedia@gmail.com or 089 279 1688.

What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• Your name and business name
• Your email address and, if provided, your phone number
• Your current website, industry, budget range and timeline
• The services you're interested in and anything you write in your message

If you email or call us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange your free consultation, prepare a proposal, and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We don't sell your data and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking first.

Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our business:

• FormSubmit, which delivers form submissions to our inbox
• Google, which provides our email (Gmail) and the fonts used on this site
• Our website hosting provider

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards approved under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry within 24 months. If you do, we keep project and billing records for as long as Irish tax and company law requires, which is usually six years.

Cookies

This website doesn't set any tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email pedykmedia@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
